Applying acrylic ink with pen, brush and spray gun, the pen helped define their powerful muscles and expressions, while the brush created softer strokes that conveyed movement and fluidity. The spray gun added depth to their forms, making the scene feel both lively and intense. I wanted to emphasize the connection between the horses, their strength and elegance resonating through each line and stroke on the canvas.
